The raw materials, Chilean fruit, are of excellent quality. Given the climatic conditions and the grounds, the Chilean fruit is excellent in flavour and aromatics characteristics.
Due to the isolated conditions of Chile, the incidence of plagues and diseases are very low reason why the fruit production requires of little or null use of pesticides.
